By placing an order with Sardar Ji Bentex Walley, you agree to the following Cancellation, Return, Refund, Shipping and Usage Policies.
Order Cancellation by Sardar Ji Bentex Walley
Although such situations are rare, Sardar Ji Bentex Walley reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion for any reason including but not limited to:
- Product stock unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
- Payment verification issues
- Technical or system errors
We may require additional information or verification before accepting any order. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Customer Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
After 12 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as processing and packaging may already begin.
Once approved, cancellation refunds will be processed within 4–7 business days according to the payment method used.
Change of Shipping Address
Once an order has been successfully placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Customers are advised to carefully review all shipping details before confirming the order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier companies usually attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts:
- The shipment may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the courier company.
- Sardar Ji Bentex Walley will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer unavailability.
If the parcel is returned to us successfully, refund eligibility will be reviewed after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges.
Return Policy
We strive to provide premium quality jewellery products. However, if you face any issue, returns may be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, invoice, boxes, and accessories
- Not be damaged, altered, or tampered with
Products failing quality inspection may not qualify for return or exchange.
Important Return Instructions
To initiate a return:
1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
2. Share clear product photos/videos along with your order number.
3. Securely pack the jewellery to avoid transit damage.
4. Mention your Order Number clearly on the package.
Video Proof Requirement
Customers are strongly advised to record a proper unboxing video while opening the parcel.
Without valid unboxing video proof:
- Damage claims
- Missing item claims
- Wrong product claims
may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns or exchanges are NOT applicable on:
- Customized jewellery
- Personalized products
- Products purchased during clearance or sale offers
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Reverse Pickup Facility
Reverse pickup may be available in selected locations.
Where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers will need to self-ship the product to our return address.
Reverse pickup charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after:
- Successful inspection of the returned product
- Approval by our quality check team
Approved refunds are generally processed within 4–7 working days.
Refunds will be made through:
- Original payment method
- Bank transfer (if applicable)
Shipping charges, COD charges, packaging charges, or reverse pickup charges may be non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request:

Exchange approval depends upon product condition verification.
Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos/videos
- Proper unboxing video
- Order details
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
Product Appearance & Color Disclaimer
We make every effort to display jewellery products accurately.
However:
- Slight variations in color, shine, polish, stone appearance, texture, or finishing may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or handcrafted work.
- Handmade and artificial jewellery may naturally have minor irregularities which are not considered defects.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these possibilities.
Artificial Jewellery Care Disclaimer
Artificial jewellery and fashion jewellery require careful handling.
Customers are advised to:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, sweat, and chemicals
- Store products properly after use
- Handle stones, beads, pearls, and embellishments carefully
Normal wear & tear, oxidation, fading, or stone loss due to usage will not qualify as manufacturing defects.
Fraudulent Orders & Misuse
Sardar Ji Bentex Walley reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases involving:
- Suspicious payment activity
- Fake details
- Repeated fraudulent returns
- Misuse of promotional offers
- Refusal to accept COD orders
- Return of used or wrong products
